Bill is a master at balancing the hard and the soft skills in life and business. He is passionate about helping clients balance the practical "doing" tasks of building and leading great businesses, and the subtle "being" skills of better managing time, stress and relationships challenges.
Bill is one of those rare individuals as comfortable with the nuances of what it take to successfully run a business and live a fulfilling life. He is passionate about helping clients accelerate their growth beyond current limitations to enjoy far more success, meaning and happiness. Bill brings together an engineer’s logical mind, business savvy, great interpersonal skills and a holistic approach to all his work. He is a Dale Carnegie graduate and an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner.
He has an exceptional skill to assess an organization’s financials, operations, sales and business planning and the vision and future goals. Bill also facilitated business succession planning, including family owned businesses. He is a member of the American Society of Appraisers.
Bill earned an Aerospace Engineering BS from the University of Buffalo and worked on his Mechanical Engineering MS at Loyola Marymount University. He enjoys learning and has taken numerous real estate, financial, investment, business and communications classes over the years.
Catherine Oak, CIC, CRM, AAI

Since 1984, Catherine, Founder of Oak & Associates, has been a management and financial consultant. She gained her experience as Senior Consultant for two of the largest consulting firms in the insurance industry, Russell Miller, Inc. and Marsh/Berry. Her experience ranges from working with small firms to the largest national firms and companies.
She began her career in 1978 in marketing and underwriting for St. Paul Insurance Co. and later worked as Director of Education for the Independent Insurance Agents of Oregon. Catherine was also a Management Consultant for the consulting division of Fireman’s Fund.
She has spoken extensively throughout the US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia on financial and management topics for associations, companies, national brokers and other organizations.
